Check-in / check-out
Carers check in and out via the mobile app. GPS coordinates are captured at both events.
The system validates that the carer is within an acceptable distance of the client's address before allowing check-in.
Alerts
The system automatically generates alerts for:
- Late visits — carer hasn't checked in within 15 minutes of scheduled start
- Missed visits — no check-in at all
- Short visits — visit duration significantly shorter than scheduled
